The Uttar Pradesh government launched ‘Mission Shakti’ programme for the security of women in the state. Our honourable Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that there is a need to make the new generation the carriers of this culture, and inculcate within them the feeling of respect and self - reliance among women.
Vishwa Bharati Public School, Greater Noida celebrated Mission Shakti Week from 27th February to 8th March.On 2nd March the school invited an inspiring personality to speak to the students on women empowerment.
Miss Deeptiwho is a Bridal Designer in Delhi-NCR motivated the girl students with her life experiences.
She hailed from a humble background but with hard work and tenacity proved her talent as the winner of Airforce Miss Jorhat, Miss Assam, Mega Miss Northeast and Gladrags Super Model. Her love for colours, fabric textures inspired her to take up studies on Fashion Designing. She did her designing courses from JD Institute of Fashion Technology. She has blended her skillful experience of design with her ability for beautiful details to produce the most gorgeous dresses.
Miss Deepti emphasized that education empowers, and girls need to take it seriously. She added that one should follow ones dreams and make them come true without being discouraged by hindrances. Women are like flowers, they bloom and spread fragrance of positivity. We as human beings need to thank almighty God for whatever we are blessed with. We as women need to support other women because ‘Women who support women raise a successful community’.
